Ordering & Return Policy

We thank you for shopping with us!  ALL sales with Herbal Equipment And Distribution, LLC are FINAL. We have a strict NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS Policy. Once a product leaves in working condition, any troubles after the fact must go through the manufacture's warranty system.

 

With our new online ordering system, all outstanding orders must be paid for within 24 hours of being placed or they will be subject to cancellation without notice. Invoices will be issued and orders will be packed and shipped once payments are processed, Monday through Saturday between 11am and 7pm. All orders are shipped with Priority shipping through the USPS.
